Barre Fusion

Sculpt and tone your entire body at the barre! Barre Fusion maximizes your workout by combining body weight and resistance equipment with the barre to get serious results. This class will emphasize isometric holds, strength training moves and deep muscle work for an amazing total body workout. No dance experience necessary!


Basic Yoga Flow

Offered at a slower pace, this class focuses on the basics of yoga, breath work and movement. Join us and unwind from the long work week as we practice a slow Vinyasa flow; improving balance, building strength and gently increasing flexibility.


Circuit

A stimulating aerobic workout that incorporates a variety of different elements to tone and sculpt the body. Beginners and athletes alike will improve muscular strength and endurance while using free weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, and step. Burning calories and having a blast doing it!


Contemporary Jazz Dance

This class will teach the basics of Jazz Dance, with the newest contemporary music and moves. Beginners as well as advanced dancers are welcome. The class will include warm ups, across the floor movement, jumps and turns, as well as movement combinations at the end of class. Benefits of dancing include increased flexibility, rhythm and coordination, as well as a lot of fun!


Group Cycle

For beginners and avid cyclists alike, Group Cycle is a great calorie-burning workout. The indoor cycling program emphasizes the basic foundations of cycling movements and breathing awareness while emulating fast flats and steep hills. Come ride with us!


Hard Core

Everything you want with core and more. This is a 30 - minute class designed to tone and tighten your abdominals, lower back, obliques and hips as well as improve balance and flexibility. Every single class will be different to keep the body guessing and utilize the concept of muscle confusion.


Kettlebell Fusion

This 8-week program utilizes kettlebells to help kick your fitness goals into high gear! Each week will expand upon the previous week; fusing together strength training, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. After each class, you will be able to take home your printed workout to do on your own. Space is limited. 


Pilates

Focusing on the core postural muscles to help keep the body balanced and provide essential support for the spine. This 30-minute workout will elongate your muscles and create a longer, leaner you.


Power Hour

This is a 12-week body sculpting class that features personal training in a small group setting. The class per week is $100.00 and includes 12 classes & 1 make-up class. 2 classes per week is $150.00 and includes 24 classes & 2 make-up classes. Both options include 2 personalized fitness assessments and bottled water during class periods.


Power Vinyasa Yoga

Combining Power Yoga poses with Vinyasa flow sequences, this class will help build strength, endurance and flexibility, as well as relieve stress and calm both the mind and body. Ending with several relaxing stretches followed by Savasana, giving you that total body workout and relaxation combination. If you are looking to take your Yoga practice to the next level, this class if perfectly designed for you.


Tabata

This Tabata inspired class utilizes 20-second intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 3-4 times before switching to a new group of exercises. This method has been proven to increase fat loss and improve stamina in the shortest amount of time. Get in. Get done. 


Total Body Toning

This class includes all components of fitness. Focusing on cardio, strength training, core and flexibility work. 45 minutes and you're on your way to improved fitness.

Weekend Warrior

A high-intense 8-week workout program utilizing both indoor and outdoor spaces to perform a wide range of fitness styles including HIIT, Olympic-style lifts and compound movements. Workouts will be designed to challenge and get the maximum out of each warrior so that their thirst for exercise is quenched. All levels welcomed (modifications will be offered). Yoga Flow-Resume in Fall

Achieve better health and overall wellness by taking Yoga Flow! A class designed with an emphasis on basic body alignment, novice poses and breathing techniques to relax, balance and strengthen the mind and body. This class will start slow, building on each pose, increasing the flow from pose to pose and ending with stretching and final relaxation. Great for all individuals seeking to develop and deepen their yoga practice.
