Microfit Health and Fitness Assessment
A complete summary of your personal fitness status. We will explain all your results in detail, along with ideas for moving forward. Includes biometrics such as height, weight, BMI, body composition, flexibility, blood pressure, heart rate, muscular strength and endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Allow for a 45-minute session. Cost: $50.00.
Wellness Profile
This motivational program analyzes current health behaviors and provides recommendations to reduce the risk of future disease or disability. Includes focus areas on general wellness, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. Allow for a 20-minute session, cost $20.00.
Diet Planner
This powerful program enables us to analyze diets and create exercise and nutrition plans. Includes data on over 6000 foods and 30 nutrients. Allow for a 1-hour session.
Personal Training
Weather you are looking to jumpstart your new workout program, make a lifestyle change, or just looking to take it to the next level, a personal trainer can help. They can design, encourage and guide you towards meeting any fitness goals you may have. Sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes but usually last for 1 hour or more.
Executive Program
For individuals that are ready to make significant lifestyle changes, a customized program utilizing a complete program assessment plan, followed by implementation in a personal tracking package. Includes fitness assessment, wellness profile, diet planner, and personal training. All for two separate 1-hour sessions.

Power Hour
This is a 12-week body sculpting class that features personal training in a small group setting. The class is $100.00 and includes 2 personalized fitness assessments, 12 classes, 1 make-up class and bottled water during class periods.
Hard Core
Everything you want with core and more. This is a 30-35 minute class designed to tone and tighten your abdominals, lower back, obliques and hips as well as improve balance and flexibility. Every single class will be different to keep the body guessing and utilize the concept of muscle confusion.
